Pushing Bermuda

You have probably noticed we are verifying some of our fairways in an attempt to produce as much growth as possible. Opening up the soil will allow warm temperatures, water, air, and our fertilizer to penetrate the soil and promote top growth. We will be completing the fairways Wednesday and will finish week prepping for the match play championship. We have been encouraged by what this last week has given us, and we are applying a significant amount of nitrogen to the weak areas. We will also be applying more irrigation than normal for this time of year to avoid any desiccation of young plants; so there may be a few areas wetter than normal.
