Belated Course Update

I apologize for the lack of updates to the blog, we have been busy, but still no excuse.  That being said, he we go.  Most of the work has been completed, the remaining work is for native grass establishment, drainage, and trail work.  Bunker work still has to be done on 8 fairway, 11 green, and double green area.  Within the next few weeks you should be able to notice our golf course beginning to resemble a golf course once again.  While we may begin to look finished, there are still several things which will need to be done before we can call this project complete.  Trail work is one of the bigger tasks ahead of us, and then there is also the repair work.  This repair work is to heal any areas damaged by construction traffic, scars from drainage, etc.  The bunkers will also have to be packed.  We currently have bunker sand in all but 12 bunkers, and while the bunkers look good they will not play good until we mechanically pack the sand.  Thank you for your patience through this process, we are pleased with what has been done so far and also excited about what is to be done in the very near future.
